Port of Uddevalla at Transport Symposium 2024 in Antwerp

In Antwerp, home to Europe's second-largest port, stakeholders from the forest industry, traders, shipping companies, freight forwarders, and port and terminal operators gathered from September 9 to 11 to attend this year's Transport Symposium.

The discussions covered a wide range of topics, from the evolving trends in the paper and pulp industry to the future of maritime shipping and prospective fuels. Additionally, strategies for recruiting the next generation of port workers were explored. Networking opportunities with customers and suppliers were provided during breaks, fostering the creation of new business relationships.
