Visit from Transportföretagen Sveriges Hamnar

Yesterday, we had the pleasure of welcoming Monika Przedpelska Öström, Industry Manager, and Project Manager Cathrin Merino from Transportföretagen Sveriges Hamnar (The Swedish Confederation of Transport Enterprises) to Port of Uddevalla.

The visit was part of their initiative to map common needs and challenges among the member ports. Besides providing an insight into our operations, we had a fruitful conversation and a constructive dialogue that will contribute to the development of our collaboration.

The picture is from our visit to Västra Hamnen, where the renovation of Frölandskajen has recently begun. New tracks will be laid, the concrete repaired, and a new substation installed before our new port crane arrives this summer. Uddevalla Hamnterminal's CEO, Ulf Stenberg, shared the future plans for the area with our visitors.
