Construction has begun on Port of Uddevalla’s first solar power plant

Our very first solar power system is currently being installed on the roof of a warehouse at Sörvik. A total of 858 solar panels are being mounted, each with a capacity of 575W. The installation of mounting rails and cable routing is in full swing, and we’re aiming for final inspection by the end of September.

This solar installation marks an important step in our efforts to fulfill one of our climate commitments – ensuring that a significant share of our electricity consumption comes from self-generated renewable energy.
