Badö Quay operating at full capacity

Just now, M/V Ultra Tatio departed from the Badö Quay after being loaded with 13,000 tonnes of oats bound for New Orleans. A larger-class vessel—and a clear example of the demand and logistics flows that already exist in the port when it comes to grain.

The visit also offers an indication of the development ahead. When the new grain facilities in the Western Harbour come into operation, they will create conditions for increased capacity, more efficient logistics, and a further strengthening of the competitiveness of Swedish grain exports.
