In accordance with TSFS (the Swedish Transport Agency’s Regulation) 2022:94, a vessel may be granted a permit to shift between berths within the Port of Uddevalla, subject to an exemption from the pilotage requirement. This is provided that the vessel meets the criteria for the exemption stated in the regulation. An agreement with Uddevalla Port Authority is a prerequisite for the exemption to be applied.
